For the past four years, members and family joined us at the “edge of the stream” for our annual summer outing, a GSC tradition revived after many years of absence. The weather has been beautiful and the variety of food dishes brought by our members has been simply unbelievable. When folks weren’t renewing old and making new acquaintances, eating, or basking in the sun, they were enjoying the stream in the Kayaks and Canoes which club member Dan Albert from Farmingdale Kayak & Canoe supplied. We would like to say thanks to all of our members and family who have been able to join us and we want to give out a few extra thanks to all who brought the wonderful food dishes (we really do appreciate sampling everybody’s talents); and to all who have helped set-up, cook, and clean-up (a great team effort). Keep an eye out for the date of the 5th annual members and family outing in 2010. We can’t wait to see ya!
